Refund Policy

Effective June 2026

This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund.

Yearly plans

If you purchase a yearly plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. After 7 days, the yearly term is non-refundable, but you can cancel to prevent the next renewal.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans are not refundable for the current period. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges; your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Trial ($4.99 / 3 days)

The Monitoring trial is non-refundable once it converts to a yearly plan. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid conversion.

One-time products (reports & guides)

Reports, guides, and other digital downloads are non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed, as they are delivered immediately.

Chargebacks and disputes

Before filing a chargeback, please contact us at legal@persprotect.com — we’ll resolve eligible refund requests quickly.
