This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund.
30-day money-back guarantee
Every Identity Monitoring and Full Identity Protection subscription — monthly or yearly — comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, email support@persprotect.com within 30 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full, no questions asked.
After the first 30 days
Beyond the 30-day window, the current term is non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal — your access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Trial ($4.99 / 3 days)
The $4.99 trial fee itself is non-refundable. The trial converts automatically to a paid plan when it ends (the renewal price and billing interval are shown at checkout), so cancel before the trial ends if you don’t want to continue. If it does convert, that plan is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee above, counted from the conversion charge.
One-time products (reports & guides)
Reports, guides, and other digital downloads are non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed, as they are delivered immediately. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to subscription plans, not to these one-time digital products.
Cancellations
You can cancel anytime in two clicks from your dashboard — no calls, no retention scripts. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not by itself trigger a refund of a past charge.
