How to delete your Twitch account

To delete a Twitch account, sign in and open the official deletion page at www.twitch.tv, after downloading a copy of your data, then confirm. It is not reversible: permanent — the username is retired and cannot be reused. Deleting the account closes the account. It does not remove your name, address, phone number or relatives from the data-broker and people-search sites that already copied them — those need a separate opt-out.

Download your VODs, clips and highlights first — everything you uploaded goes with the account and cannot be restored.
Cancel Twitch Turbo and any active subscriptions to channels, and check whether they bill through Amazon, Apple or Google.
If you're a partner or affiliate, request your final payout and settle the revenue balance before deleting; it is forfeited otherwise.
Unlink connected accounts (Amazon, Steam, Discord, YouTube) in Settings → Connections.
Open the account deletion page while logged in, re-enter your password and confirm.
